Description of event/plot: Saint Patrick's Day! Like many American cities, Prospero decorates its windows with shamrocks, cheap green beer is sold, and nearly everyone can be seen wearing something green. Those who aren't might get pinched (please don't attack the pinching person, they're just trying to celebrate). A large parade is held through the middle of the city at noon.
