Characters Played: How many characters do you play in Velvet Keys and who are they? If you are new, ignore this. CHARACTER Name: The characters name, in western order of first, last. Age: Your character’s age, to your best guess. Canon: The title of the canon or canons your character is from. If you are applying for an original character, state that here. Pull Point: From what point is the character being brought into Velvet Key? Be as specific as possible. BACKGROUND History:The history of the canon setting and the specific history of your character. Either a link or condensed written history will suffice. Personality: We require at least two paragraphs for this section. Here is where you show us how well you know your character. Tell us their good and bad traits, their fears, hopes, dreams, and quirks. How did their relationships and experiences shape them? We don’t just want an overview; give us all the little details that make up this character. GAME SPECIFIC Arcana: Which arcana do you think fits this character? Justification: Why does this arcana fit this character? Give us at least a few sentences of explanation. SAMPLES First Person Sample:This is a main comm post that should be written in the first person. This is the opportunity to show off your character’s voice. We would like this to be at least three to four sentences. Third Person Sample: This sample should be written in the third person, just like an entry for the log comm. We feel that Kousuke's personality section should be a bit stronger. Please comment with a revised personalty section that expands on the various aspects of Kousuke's personality. Some items we would like to see in a revised personality section include:Keep in mind these are just suggestions, so feel free to expand in a different direction if you feel necessary!

~When he is away from Kiyotaka he is usually trying to just sound smart and cool. He can analyze and shows off this skill when given the opportunity. He also has given weird answers to Ryouko as in he tried to tell her that Rio was a zashikiwarishi, to avoid the question as to who Rio actually is. He also laments about being unreliable to himself that was stated aloud and in thought. Also, if someone does something ridiculous he will facepalm.
~In the original series he more just runs with the insults as opposed to lashing out to it. He stands up for himself more as a 17 year old, which is how he kept going back to his anteater story when 14. He constantly looks annoyed unless he is thinking. He just tries harder for people to acknowledge his analytical skills, smarts, and competent.
~He kills them before they kill him. It is his daily life. Kousuke does it for survival. By this point it is second nature and it is worth noting he was also kicked out of school at 14 for assaulting a teacher.
